To expand recruitment efforts and reach potential candidates, HDVN participated in the Job Fair held in Tan Lac District, Hoa Binh Province, on February 4–5, 2025.
The event was part of the province’s cultural exchange festival, attracting thousands of local residents—approximately 80% of whom belong to the Muong ethnic group. With around 5,000 attendees, the fair provided HDVN a valuable opportunity to showcase its brand and job openings directly to the local community.
Nearly 2,000 people visited HDVN’s booth to learn about career opportunities, and hundreds registered for on-site interviews, expressing strong interest in joining the company.
Looking ahead, HDVN will continue working closely with the Hoa Binh Employment Center and local labor authorities to strengthen recruitment efforts, improve livelihoods, and contribute to regional economic development.
