Amid the joyful summer atmosphere, April to August 2024, HDVN organized a special series of events called “Family Day”—a meaningful CSR initiative aimed at strengthening the bond between the company and employees’ families.
With the desire to create a space for connection, where loved ones can witness firsthand the modern, safe, and humane working environment, HDVN opened its factory doors to welcome 42 families with a total of 142 members for a tour and experience. This was more than just an event—it was a journey of love, trust, and pride in the workplace of their family members.
Families had the opportunity to tour the production lines, enjoy a warm lunch together, and capture memorable moments beside the “Tree of Happiness”—a symbol of sustainable development and lasting connection. Smiles, bright eyes, and heartfelt sharing participants were vivid proof of the program’s success.
Post-event surveys showed that 100% of families expressed satisfaction and appreciation for HDVN—not only as an ideal workplace but also as a big family where every individual is valued and connected.
