On November 29, 2024, Hamaden Vietnam warmly welcomed students and teachers Hong Duc School – My Hao as part of a corporate visit program. This initiative is part of HDVN’s career-oriented CSR strategy, designed to give students a realistic view of the manufacturing industry and help guide their future career choices.
The program ran 2:00 PM to 4:15 PM, with 50 participants (48 students and 2 teachers). Students toured the factory, learned about production processes, experienced the professional working environment of a Japanese enterprise, and listened to company representatives share insights into career opportunities in engineering and manufacturing.
Through activities such as visiting the Anshinkan area, the Tree of Happiness, and engaging in discussions in the meeting room, Hamaden aimed to inspire students to better understand themselves and make informed decisions about their academic and career paths.
This activity not only provided students with practical exposure but also helped Hamaden build lasting relationships with local schools, laying the groundwork for future recruitment and training collaborations.
According to post-visit surveys, 100% of students rated the experience highly, felt excited, and gained motivation to study and plan their careers more clearly.
At Hamaden, CSR is not just a responsibility—it’s a long-term commitment to supporting education, guiding career paths, and creating development opportunities for future generations. Every visit and conversation carries the message: “We don’t just make products – we build people.”
Hamaden Vietnam – Where career dreams begin through real-world experience and sincere companionship.
