Hamaden Vietnam Launches Japanese Language Training Program for Employees

In an effort to enhance communication skills and create greater career development opportunities for its workforce, Hamaden Vietnam Co., Ltd. has officially launched a Japanese language training program for employees. This initiative is one of the Company’s key activities in its strategy to develop a high-quality human resource foundation that meets the requirements of international integration and cooperation.

The program is designed with a structured curriculum covering multiple levels, basic to advanced, tailored to different learner groups. Participants will be trained in all four language skills—listening, speaking, reading, and writing—while also gaining insights into Japanese corporate culture, an important element that strengthens mutual understanding and improves daily work collaboration.
Classes are conducted directly at the Company with flexible schedules to ensure learning does not affect production progress.
